What We Offer
At Turner's Topsoil we sell premium Kentucky topsoil for an affordable price. We offer tri-axle delivery over all of Jessamine and Fayette county. We also aid in site preparation and land clearing, transforming your property into a much more useable environment.
Topsoil
The topsoil we sell is very fertile. Although our dirt is non-sifted there is hardly any roots, rocks or grass in it. We source our dirt from the banks of a creek, so you can count on very rich soil. We do offer better deals for bulk purchases. The minimum amount we offer is one tri-axle dump truck load.
Delivery
Delivery is priced at $90 per hour
$300 per tri-axle truck full of nutrient rich Kentucky topsoil
Our trucks average two loads per hour in Lexington.
The tri-axle trucks we use can carry approximately 18 cubic yards of topsoil at a time.
Land Management
Brush / Land / Fence Clearing
In addition to topsoil we also clear land. We have a mini-excavator and a skid steer equipped with attachments that enable us to effectively clear your desired area. This service can drastically change the look and feel of your land, opening up areas that would be unusable otherwise. If you need an area opened up to build on, ATV trails and access roads cleared or you just want a little more room in your backyard give us a call and we would be happy to come by to give you an estimate.

If you have an area you would like to build on or you just want to add value to a property give us a call. Our machinery and expertise combined give us the ability to have your lot cleared in a timely fashion, bringing new life to your property.
ATV/Access Road
If you have an area that s significantly overgrown we can cut trails using our brush cutter and mulcher in order to enable you to access areas you could not get to before. Even if you just want some trails cleared to put your ATVs to use we are your call.
Fence Line
Fence lines here in Kentucky are often over run with Honey Suckle, Kudzu and other miscellaneous overgrowth. We have specialized machines that can efficiently cut back and rid your fence lines of overgrowth, enabling you to mow right up to the fence. This services transforms your property into an area that looks extremely well kept.
